5. Artificial Intelligence and Human Review

SoulVault uses artificial-intelligence tools to assist with portions of its production process.

These tools may assist with:

  • Organizing information.
  • Comparing themes.
  • Developing draft language.
  • Reviewing consistency.
  • Identifying repetition.
  • Editing and formatting.
  • Quality-control support.

Depending on the service purchased, some of your birth information, intake responses, order identifiers or draft report material may be processed through artificial-intelligence service providers, which may include OpenAI and Anthropic.

We take reasonable steps to limit the information provided to what is relevant to the production task. Where practical, we may use an order number, initials or another identifier instead of your full name.

SoulVault does not rely solely on an artificial-intelligence system to make clinical, medical, legal, employment, credit or other similarly significant decisions about you.

Completed blueprints are intended to be human-curated and reviewed before delivery.

Artificial-intelligence systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected material. AI-assisted output is therefore treated as draft or analytical material rather than unquestionable fact.

Service-provider processing may be governed by the provider’s own terms, privacy practices, account settings and retention arrangements.

We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, except where the law permits or requires otherwise.

Your consent may be:

We do not require you to consent to unrelated collection, use or disclosure as a condition of purchasing a SoulVault product.

You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to reasonable notice and any legal, contractual, security or recordkeeping requirements.

Withdrawing consent before your order is completed may prevent us from completing or delivering the service. The applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy will continue to apply.

7. Marketing Emails

Joining the SoulVault mailing list is optional and separate from purchasing a product.

We may send promotional emails only where we have the required consent or another lawful basis.

Marketing communications will identify SoulVault and include a working unsubscribe method.

You may unsubscribe at any time by:

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary order, delivery, security, policy or customer-service communications.
